I am a nervous first time home buyer, and I recently just had the property I am purchasing inspected by Fred, who came highly recommended by a good friend of mine! He was extremely sweet and friendly, just a nice person all around. He took the time to show me many things out side the house, like where the electrical shut off was and the gas meters and shut offs for them as well. All things a first time buyer needs to know- and doesn't! He let me come through every room in the house with him and showed me where everything was that I needed to know about and how to shut off water and gas to the house if there was ever an emergency, which again is something I really needed to know. The place I am buying didn't have many flaws, only a few in fact, but Fred found and listed everyone of them, as well as personally showed them all to me. He is highly intelligent and really knows his business in every aspect! I would highly recommend him to any family member or friend I have in the future who is moving.
